Through a long journey of trial, error, and experimentation I learned to answer these questions for myself. I began to realize why I had spent so much time trapped in my own worries. I began to reverse the damage my anxiety had caused.
And believe me, it wasn’t long before my friends and family started to take notice. Before long, I had others coming to me asking for advice.
What shocked me the most: I couldn’t believe how many were suffering from their own anxiety demons. I wasn’t alone!
To help others with their fight, I started The Anxiety Podcast, began coaching, and the rest is history. To date, I’ve helped thousands of people reverse the negative effects of crippling anxiety and reduce stress in a big way. It’s been an incredible, rewarding ride.
But there’s still so much to be done.
I can only do so much with my podcast. I can only touch so many lives through coaching. And it’s not enough. To make the biggest impact, I’d like to share my entire toolbox of stress busting & anxiety-defeating techniques in a small group setting. The More Life Retreat takes a bottom-up, holistic approach to tackling anxiety & stress. In just three days, we’ll examine our issues from different angles in a fun, open, and welcoming group setting.
