This June, join me and a small group of 10 people as we say “no more” to the crushing weight of anxiety, fear, and stress. And all from the comfort of the amazing & magical Bowen Island, British Columbia, Canada.

That’s what I would say. If I could sit down with each and every person who’s suffering from anxiety or is totally stressed out —and I sit down with a lot—I would tell them that one thing, “It doesn’t have to be this way.” 

And I would say it to you, too.

Because if anxiety or stress holds you hostage; if fighting it feels hopeless; if, looking ahead you simply can’t imagine a future without the constant threat of crippling anxiety controlling your actions and thoughts…  

…I would look you in the eyes and promise you, with every ounce of conviction I could summon, “It doesn’t have to be this way.” And this June, from the 22nd – 25th, I’ll be working with 10 men and women to make good on that promise.

What Does Freedom Look Like?

An anxiety-ridden life isn’t easy. Especially in today’s world, a world full of deadlines, appointments, and increasing pressure. A world that demands the highest levels of performance from us.

Imagine if you could take it all away.

What if you could wake up in the morning and feel completely in control? Like you had absolute autonomy over your emotions, thoughts, and actions. How easy would it be to overcome your daily challenges? As a long-term sufferer of my own anxiety issues and loads of stress at work — I had these dreams too.

For years, I used to watch others and ask myself, “How did they figure it out? How come they feel so comfortable?… And why don’t I?

Through a long journey of trial, error, and experimentation I learned to answer these questions for myself. I began to realize why I had spent so much time trapped in my own worries. I began to reverse the damage my anxiety had caused.

And believe me, it wasn’t long before my friends and family started to take notice. Before long, I had others coming to me asking for advice.

What shocked me the most: I couldn’t believe how many were suffering from their own anxiety demons. I wasn’t alone!

To help others with their fight, I started The Anxiety Podcast, began coaching, and the rest is history. To date, I’ve helped thousands of people reverse the negative effects of crippling anxiety and reduce stress in a big way. It’s been an incredible, rewarding ride.

But there’s still so much to be done.

I can only do so much with my podcast. I can only touch so many lives through coaching. And it’s not enough. To make the biggest impact, I’d like to share my entire toolbox of stress busting & anxiety-defeating techniques in a small group setting. Somewhere you can be alone with yourself, understand yourself, and ultimately— be yourself… comfortably.

Over the course of our retreat, I’ll be helping individuals overcome their personal struggles. Because true freedom is impossible with anxiety holding us back. Are you ready to break free?

The More Life Retreat takes a bottom-up, holistic approach to tackling anxiety & stress. In just three days, we’ll examine our issues from different angles in a fun, open, and welcoming group setting. 

I’ll be available every step of the way to answer specific questions (and occasionally tell the odd joke or two; laughter is optional, but highly encouraged).
